2010 Committee Schedule

Monthly Planning Meetings- 1st Wednesday of each month
Purpose: come together as a committee to further event development and share advancement of individual tasks.
Wednesday June 2nd is mandatory for all committee members &
Event Volunteers
La Habra High School Gym 7pm on the La Habra High School campus

Saturday Work Parties
Purpose: Volunteers are invited to create their props at a convenient place at their own pace and store their creations on campus. 22 years of materials and props are available for use or alteration to fit the activity at hand. weather permitting  
June 5th

On Basketball courts by storage bins. Use West parking lot entrance.
8:30am – 12:30pm
